Every year, one of my friends hosts a pig roast for the Fourth of July. Cooking the pig is an all night endeavor, so about a half dozen of the guys come over the night before. We take shifts cooking and sleeping. Last year, he had a full house & I volunteered to sleep in Fessick.
Though the cot fit brilliantly, it was too high for me to sit up. I left the right side of the second row up so I had a place to sit & get dressed. I decided then that I wanted to build a sleeping platform. I also want to incorporate drawers into the platform to organize the items that live in the truck. Though this project is going to violate Rule 5, I’m going to try to keep it as low as possible.
